چکیده
The powder oxide state is essential for resilient metallurgy components using Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) process. In fact, it can affect the behaviour of during different additive manufacturing processes. However, layer properties as a function particle size are not well known yet. This work summaries detailed surface characterization 316L particles’ gas atomization to permit better understanding and control X-ray photo-electron spectroscopy (XPS), Raman spectroscopy, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) Scanning (STEM) were combined characterize condition powders. results show an evolution thickness in particle’s size. appears like amorphous micro-structure. An its composition be observed through oxide. main iron (FeO Fe3O4 types), chromium (Cr2O3 type) manganese (Mn2O3 type). addition, nanometric nodules (MnO on by TEM Microscope (SEM). These variations explain difference between small large particles.

Neural Observer for the Hot Isostatic Pressing
Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP'ing) is one of several processes used for consolidating porous materials (such as metal powders) to high density. The equations describing the HIP'ing system dynamics are immensely complicated and highly nonlinear, thus complicating any controller design for the system. Further complications arise due to the fact that one of the system's states, grain size, cannot be...
متن کاملEffect of Changing Strain Rate on Flow Stress during Hot Deformation of Type 316L Stainless Steel
In industrial rolling, changes in strain rate and temperature occur with strain during passes, and between one pass and the next. Plane strain compression testing has been used with ramped changes in strain rate during deformation, and with changes in strain rate between two deformations to study their effects on flow stress. No systematic deviations from a mechanical equation of state were fou...
